Bachelor's degree or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience of a minimum of 2–5 years as a process trainer in the International/ domestic BPO, preferably with expertise in Real Estate.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong knowledge of real estate industry regulations.
Ability to develop, redesign, and deliver effective training programs.
Analytical mindset with a focus on performance improvement.
Proficiency in using training software and tools.
Proficiency in using training content, and content development.
Proficiency in using PPT, Word, and Excel software and tools.
Salary: 7lpa
