Job Title: Engineering Lead
Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of 5-10 developers and testers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy high-quality solutions in the Banking and Finance domain. Drive innovation and efficiency by implementing best practices and leveraging emerging technologies. Architect scalable and maintainable software systems, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish timelines. Perform code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on project timelines. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 12 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Full Stack React JS/React Native and Java backend technologies. Proven experience leading and mentoring teams of 5-10 developers and testers in Agile development environments. Strong understanding of the Banking and Finance domain, including regulatory requirements and industry standards. Extensive experience developing mobile and web applications, APIs, and backend systems. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to architect scalable and maintainable software solutions. Proficiency in problem-solving and troubleshooting technical issues. Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and staying updated on emerging technologies.
