We are currently seeking a passionate and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service representative. As a Customer Service representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving product or service issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a Full-Time position based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and resources.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints in a calm and professional manner.
- Handle customer escalations and provide appropriate solutions.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
