Together, we create a legacy of success Position Overview: Responsibilities: VBA Development: Design, develop, and implement VBA macros and scripts to automate repetitive tasks and optimize business processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide tailored VBA solutions. Data Analysis and Reporting: Leverage VBA to extract, transform, and analyze data from various sources. Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards to support decision-making processes. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains through VBA automation. Work closely with end-users to understand pain points and develop solutions that enhance productivity. Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Debug and troubleshoot existing VBA code to ensure optimal performance. Provide ongoing maintenance and support for VBA solutions. Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for all VBA code, ensuring a clear understanding for future reference and collaboration. E-commerce Integration: Integrate VBA solutions with our existing E-commerce systems to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness. Work closely with IT and other teams to ensure seamless integration of VBA tools within our sales ecosystem. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience as a VBA Developer or similar role. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel and proficiency in creating complex macros. Strong understanding of data analysis, reporting, and automation principles. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills: Experience with other programming languages (e.g., Python, C#). Familiarity with database management and SQL.
