Job description
Position: Manager / Senior Manager – Agency Health
Location: Bangalore, Shimoga
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
a. Drive the Agency business for Health insurance products.
b. Monitor and enhance Agency business performance through:
- Agency Recruitment
- Agent Activation
- Agent Productivity
- Agent Engagement Matrix
c. Ensure consistent implementation of key agency metrics and best practices across all locations.
d. Achieve top-line and bottom-line targets as per defined metrics.
e. Provide strategic inputs from a geographical perspective, periodically reviewing, designing, and implementing plans.
f. Drive renewals to meet targets.
g. Supervise 6 to 8 Agency Managers effectively.
h. Handle MIS reporting and branch operations.
Education & Certificates:
- Graduate/Post Graduate in Sales and Marketing.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Knowledgeable in the Health Insurance domain.
Experience & Skills:
- Experience in the Insurance Industry, with a focus on Agency Health business preferred.
- Ability to motivate and lead sales teams effectively.
- Proficient in managing large data sets and analytics.
Additional Notes:
- Candidates with a proven track record of driving agency sales in the health insurance sector will be given preference.
- Willingness to travel within assigned locations as required.
