Responsibilities
- Assist in financial statement preparation, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Manage general accounting tasks such as accounts payable, receivable, and payroll.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy.
- Utilize NetSuite and IDS for financial transactions and reporting.
- Communicate financial insights to department heads and management.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies.
- Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency.
Requirements - 4 years' experience in hotel and restaurant finance/accounting.
- Experience with NetSuite and IDS preferred.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
