Job Title: Investor Relations and Market Intelligence analyst
Job Summary: The person is responsible for developing and executing fundraising strategies, maintaining relationships with existing investors, monitoring and analysing- market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform and help develop the company's business strategy. They will work closely with the senior management team and will have a strong analytical mindset, good communication skills, and a keen understanding of the competitive landscape. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute fundraising strategies to raise capital from various sources Maintain strong relationships with existing investors, managing outreach campaigns, providing regular updates on company performance and addressing any investor concerns or questions. Conduct research and analysis of market trends, industry developments, and competitive activities to inform strategic decision-making Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities, gaps in our product offering, and potential threats to the business Prepare and present reports and presentations to senior leadership and other stakeholders Manage the due diligence process for new investors, including coordinating with legal, accounting, and other teams to provide the necessary information and documentation. Coordinate and manage investor meetings, including scheduling, preparing meeting materials, and following up with investors after meetings. Qualifications: MBA in business, finance, or a related field. At least 5-7 years of experience in similar role, preferably in a similar industry Good understanding of financial statements and accounting principles. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with investors. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data and market trends. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Basic knowledge of legal and compliance requirements related to fundraising and investor relations.Job tags
