What you can expect
As a Lead Gateway DevOps Engineer, you will drive continuous improvements for our Zoom Gateway and AI services. This role requires expertise in building robust automation, collaborating with developers, enhancing monitoring systems, and contributing to the overall advancement of our services.
About the Team
Zoom Gateway DevOps team's responsibilities include but are not limited to Zoom AI Companion, Zoom LiveTranslation and LiveTranscription, Zoom Advanced Whiteboard, Zoom Audio Conference, Zoom Conference Room Connectors, and Zoom Web Client.
Experience leading large-scale and high-impact technical projects
Experience with GPU operator, model serving, and machine learning pipeline
Have solid scripting experience in Python
Experience with Istio service mesh and telemetry
Possess expert-level production experience with Kubernetes in multi-cloud and on-prem
Experience developing large-scale Ansible automation
Have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role
