Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Support Manager. The Customer Service Support Manager will be responsible for managing and leading the customer service support team to ensure excellent customer satisfaction, providing technical support to customers, analyzing customer feedback to improve processes, and delivering effective solutions to customer issues.
Qualifications
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
Years of experience minimum 2 Years
Salary offer is 5 - 6 Lakhs per Annum.
