Our software features easy storage and access of case records, fast Rx generation and translation to patient preferred languages, decision support alerts on patient visit pattern, treatment adherence, diet, investigations, among others. We provide integration of data between Front Desk, Lab, Pharmacy, Diet, and Doctor's modules and easy accessibility to bills, revenue collections, and stock status reports.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Support Manager. The Customer Service Support Manager will be responsible for managing and leading the customer service support team to ensure excellent customer satisfaction, providing technical support to customers, analyzing customer feedback to improve processes, and delivering effective solutions to customer issues.

Qualifications

Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.

Years of experience minimum 2 Years

Salary offer is 5 - 6 Lakhs per Annum.
