- Scout and recruit qualified individuals for open positions.
- Leverage online recruiting resources, employee referrals, and networking to identify and recruit the very best candidates.
- Grow and preserve a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
- Take charge of the scheduling and logistics of interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial telephone screening to further vet candidate matches.

Must-Have Gear: What you'll need to join the team is:
- 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition.
- Robust communication and organizational skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders when needed.
