Job Description: -
Looking for a candidate with rich experience of min 6 to 8 years in Finance Management roles.
Extensive knowledge of Financial reports, Balance sheet, Financial Analysis, GST, Direct & Indirect Taxation, Corporate Accounting and Handling of Statutory and Internal auditors and MIS, Handling of Assessment and various department Notices
Roles and Responsibilities: -
· Preparation and Finalization of Financial Statements including Cash Flow Statement, Auditor and Director's Report, various Forms and their accompanying annexures for Tax Audit u/s 44AB and Computation of Tax Liabilities for Income Tax Purposes.
· Independently handling of Stat Audit, Internal Audit, IFC and Tax Audit.
· GST Compliance, GSTR1 and 3B, GSTR9 , 9C , Eway bill, GSTR2A and monthly challans.
· Income Tax / Company Tax calculations & Filing as per statutory norms.
· Preparation and submission of Income Tax returns, TDS Returns, Advance Tax Online.
· Preparation and Submission of Replies of Various Income Tax Case Notices to Income tax Authorities.
· Handling of Various Departmental Notices and liasioning with consultants.
· Prepare periodical Profit & loss statement on projected or actual basis for Banking.
· Vouching, Verification & Scrutiny of various ledgers i.e. Cash, Bank, Purchase, Sales, Expenses, Debtors,Creditors, Fixed Assets and its Register, Loans & Liabilities, Outstanding/ Prepaid etc.
· Physical Verification of Cash, Stock, Fixed Assets.
· Liabilities for Income Tax Purposes
· Direct Taxation and Tax Assessment coordination, yearly filing.
· GL Accounting and reconciliation, Variance analysis and Scrutiny
· Work capital management
· Monthly TDS liability computation and payment after reconciliation with books, filing of quarterly TDS
· Timily submission of Tax/GST, issuance of TDS certificate
· Direct & Indirect Tax monitoring.
· Compliance with the provisions of CARO requirement and various other company law matters with respect toROC filings of the Companies Act.
· Support the Accounting team for monthly MIS closure.
· Support & coordination with Finance team for day to day accounting.
Desired Candidate Profile: -
· Should have worked at AM level, handling of 2-3 team members.
· Strategic mindset and ability to drive the process
· Excellent in excel, word and PowerPoint, Power BI, macros and analysis presentation
· Exposure in ERP accounting system
· Co-ordinate with Finance team to implement controls, checker and maker concepts
· Flexible with timings, and open to handle multiple task
· Quick Learner & Target/timelines oriented, Data Analytics
· Candidate with good communication skills ( written & verbal)
