Job description
We are looking for an astute finance professional interested in working in real estate PE.

The candidate will be working for a 3BN+ US-based Real estate Private Equity Firm. Candidate will be exposed to interaction with key stakeholders such as lenders, brokers and portfolio managers.

This Asset Manager position requires a highly motivated professional who is capable of:
Â
- Acquiring knowledge of real estate operations and general strategy.
- Preparing comprehensive financial models, industry research, investor presentation and committee approval memos.
- Working directly with US based real estate brokers, investment bankers, lenders and work on underwritings.
- Driving analytics and tracking Key Performance Indicators for each asset in the portfolio on a regular basis.
- Conducting in-depth due diligence which includes but not limited to quality of earnings, market comps analysis, property operations.
- Creating advanced excel analysis as part of due diligence process.
- Preparing financial and operational reports for each asset in the portfolio along with reviewing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual performance of each asset.
- Maintaining quarterly asset management reports which include actual vs. budget comparisons and narratives regarding changes in business plans and objectives.
- Analyzing and building qualitative & quantitative evaluation periodically to track the performance of portfolio.
- Supporting and monitoring investment strategies for each asset.
- Automating periodically used portfolio management reports to achieve time efficiency.
- Mentoring / managing group of analysts in the team.

Key Requirements:
- Strong technical knowledge about various aspects of finance and investments.
- Strong Proficiency in MS Excel (dynamic financial models, use of macros / VBA, index match, lookups etc.), and data analytics and visualization languages/tools python, tableau etc. (preferred)
- Be self-motivated, ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, possess a great attitude, and work well in a team environment.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving and communication skills.

Qualifications:
MBA (Finance) / MS (Finance) / CA with minimum work experience of 3 years in real estate asset management, investment management or investment banking.

B. Comm. / BA (Eco) / B. Tech / with minimum work experience of 5 years in real estate asset management, investment management or investment banking.
