Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchasing Manager at Taco & Tequila Co. located in Pune. The Purchasing Manager will be responsible for managing the purchasing process, negotiating with suppliers, coordinating with internal departments, analyzing purchasing trends, and ensuring inventory levels are optimized.
Qualifications
- Experience in procurement management, purchasing, and supply chain management
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Familiarity with inventory management and optimization
- Experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
