Job Overview: The Golden Rise is seeking dedicated and proactive individuals to join our team as Associate HR. As an Associate HR, you will play a vital role in supporting the Human Resources department in various HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating orientation programs and creating employee onboarding documentation.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, including organizing company events, surveys, and other activities.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, such as preparing HR-related documents and reports.

Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in B.Tech, MBA, BBA, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Knowledge of HR processes and practices is a plus.
