Role Description
This is a full-time role as a Purchasing Executive at WEA DESIGN INTERIORS in Bengaluru. The Purchasing Executive will be responsible for overseeing the purchasing of goods and inventory management.
Qualifications
- Interiors and Construction materials purchases from Hardwares of whole salers and retailers.
- Maintain strong working relationships with our vendors of Hardware related shops.
- Review purchasing agreements with vendors and maintain open lines of communications with those vendors
- Develop an active process for measuring supply inventory and determining purchasing needs based on quarterly and annual numbers.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and establish long-term purchasing arrangements with vendors when it is beneficial to the company.
- Compare product deliveries with issued purchase orders and contact vendors when there are discrepancies.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel and other relevant software.
- Experience in the interior design industry is a plus.

Salary : Upto ₹26,000.00 per month
