Job description
Key Account Manager will be an integral part of the client facing team and will be responsible for managing and developing multiple strategic initiatives for a bouquet of clientele. The role will be directly reporting to the Head of Operations/Client Account Lead and is expected to have a keen understanding of the Healthcare/Insurance ecosytem.
Qualifications :- Graduate with said background - BDS, BAMS,BHMS Any certification in Data analysis would be an added advantage Experience :- Minimum 3-4 years of experience of project management in a healthcare domain Minimum 2+ years of experience in MS Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Data analysis etc. Responsibilities : Operational activities - Plans, develops, implements, and coordinates multiple projects Designs and implements systems to assess, collect, maintain, and analyze data; generate progress reports, final reports, evaluation, and other information related to project Establishes and implements short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures; monitors and evaluates operational effectiveness and effects changes required for improvement Directs, manages, and oversees the daily operational aspects of program management Develops and implements systems and processes to establish and maintain continiuty of the business Team Management - Managing a team of health care advocates or group of physicians Providing training, floor support and auditing support Devising strategies to increase revenue, cut costs, and promote growth Continuous feedback and performance improvement plans for the care advocates Carrying out daily operational activities with due diligence Structured approach & execution capability Managing hiring, attrition and shrinkage Client Satisfaction - Meeting with clients to discuss project status and weekly/monthly trends Creating and presenting detailed analysis reports Meeting client requirements as per the SLA Stakeholder management - Manage Internal and external stakeholders Form a liaison between the client expectations and internal stakeholders Devise new strategies for process improvement Managing process deliverables, revenue, gross margins as per Internal stakeholder expectations Project Governance - Monthly in person meetings with the clients Ready to travel across client & other locations in India Weekly/monthly meetings with the Vendor teamJob tags
