Conduct regular sales meetings, set targets, and provide training to enhance the team's sales skills.
Marketing and Promotion:

Collaborate with the marketing department to create marketing campaigns and promotions to attract guests.
Utilize online and offline marketing channels to enhance the hotel's visibility.
Revenue Management:

Monitor and adjust room rates based on demand and market conditions.
Implement yield management strategies to optimize revenue.
Reporting and Analysis:

Generate and analyze reports to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
Regularly report to senior management on sales and revenue results.
Customer Satisfaction:

Ensure the guest experience is of the highest quality by addressing guest concerns and feedback promptly.
Collaborate with other hotel departments to provide exceptional service.
