Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Career Counselor located in Ahmedabad. The Career Counselor will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with Career Counselling & Student Management. Responsibilities and Duties Counselling process: Generating Leads, Attending Walk-ins & Maintaining Activity Reports Follow ups of Tele, Online & Walk-in inquiries & Converting them into Admissions Achieving the defined Billing & Collection target on Monthly basis Student Batch Management & Fee Collection Faculty Batch Scheduling Sending Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports to Director Organising Events/Seminars/Workshops for new inquiries as well as current students Inventory Management of Inquiry Forms, Enrolment Forms, Brochures, and Books etc. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications Good convincing & sales skills Good communications skills Good personality Ambition to achieve targets Experience of 2+ years in the industry Bachelor's degree Benefits Attractive Salary Package Additional Bonus upon meeting targets Complete product training will be given to all joiners Language Gujarati, HindiJob tags
