Branch Co-ordinator

Location – Pune

Experience – 4+years

Responsible for portal management, this involves;
Entering all leads in the portal
Liasoning with all account managers of respective business.
Working with HISYS Account managers to get DR logged in APN
All marketing related liaisoning with the business.
Working with all regions on collating data on weekly calls
Working with all regions to get the CRM aligned for hygiene
Getting duplication removed from funnel.
Working with OEM's HP/DELL for B2B business.
Working on all renewals being entered and opportunities.
Working closely with Service Delivery Managers for taking status of contracts then aligning with Sales team for escalations.
Supports day-to-day post-sales order transactions (e.g., credits, returns, order entry) and reporting of customer issues (e.g., specialized product builds, performance reports); handles multiple low to moderately complex customer accounts.
Assists other departments and support groups (e.g., internal sales, audit, operational support, and delivery) by reporting routine issues to the appropriate roles.
Helps resolve minimally to moderately complex customer issues (e.g., distribution, pricing) and proactively follows-up to assist external-facing customer service representatives.
Preparing Reports and charts using MS Excel. and project related documents.
Maintaining record for Previous & Current accounts.
Providing complete support in terms of Presentations, Data sorting, Compiling, Generating reports. and Ensure timely preparation of daily, weekly, monthly reports.
Regularly discussion with Project Leads regarding current Problems/Issues.
Making presentations for the Meetings.
