JD for Projects Manager Company: Aubree Le Haute Chocolaterie Position: Projects Manager Location: Bangalore, Karnataka Aubree Haute Chocolaterie, we are a leading eggless patisserie, culinary, and confectionary company, is seeking a seasoned Projects Manager to oversee and coordinate various projects associated with store openings, expansions, and internal operations. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 6 -8 years of experience in project management, with a master's degree in Project Management being an added advantage. Experience within the Food and Beverage Industry, particularly in cafes, restaurants, or experience centres, is mandatory. Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for coordinating all aspects of projects related to new store openings, expansions, and internal initiatives.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as operations, marketing, design, and finance to ensure seamless execution of projects from inception to completion.
- External Stakeholder Management: Liaise with external stakeholders including contractors, vendors, landlords, and regulatory authorities to facilitate project progress and compliance.
- Budget Oversight: Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost- effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle.
- Timeline Management: Develop and maintain project timelines, identify critical milestones, and proactively address any delays or bottlenecks to ensure timely project delivery.
