Job Overview:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role involves developing and managing marketing campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and monitoring the effectiveness of marketing efforts. The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in shaping the company's brand image and ensuring its products or services resonate with the target audience.


Key Responsibilities: 1. Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
2. Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing methods.
3. Content Creation: Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing content, including blog posts, videos, info graphics, and more, to engage the target audience.
4. Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and touch points, maintaining a strong and recognizable brand identity.
5. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive intelligence, using data to refine marketing strategies.
6. Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI.
7. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
8. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
9. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
10. Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing campaigns.
11. Event Planning: Organize and coordinate marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
12. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external agencies, contractors, and vendors to support marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:
• MBA degree in marketing, business or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing management roles, with a track record of successful campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and technologies.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools.
• Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
