Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager with responsibilities including identifying and pursuing potential clients, developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, conducting market research, and analyzing sales metrics. The Sales Manager will also supervise and lead a team of sales representatives and report directly to upper management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role with min 4 years of experience
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and management abilities
• Customer-focused approach with a passion for sales and client relationship management
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
• Prior experience in the IT or ITES industry is a plus
