Job description
PyData Solutions is currently looking for a Bench Sales Executive (Junior/Senior) to join our Sales team in Noida. We are in search of an individual who possesses a deep understanding of US Visa and tax terminology and has the capability to effectively source, market, and place our bench consultants on projects. This position offers on-site experience from the beginning, inclusive of a competitive compensation package, attractive incentives, and comprehensive benefits designed to support the well-being of our team members.
Key Responsibilities:
· Facilitating the marketing and placement of our bench consultants, involving tasks such as candidate sourcing, qualification, interview coordination, rate negotiation, and deal closure.
· Proactively searching employment platforms and professional networks for requirements pertaining to the designated bench.
· Engaging in rate negotiation discussions with both vendors and clients.
· Managing the onboarding process for new vendors.
· Procuring bench requirements from various sources, including prime vendors, job boards, and professional networking platforms.
· Tracking the commencement and conclusion dates of assigned bench consultants.
· Cultivating and maintaining positive professional relationships with vendors and clients.
· Responding to requirements, identifying suitable resources, conducting initial candidate screenings, and scheduling interviews, among other tasks.
Desired Minimum Qualifications:
· A minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in the field.
· Proficiency in US tax regulations, including W2, Corp2Corp, and 1099.
· Familiarity with contemporary leading-edge technologies.
· Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, .Net, and similar.
· A team player with a positive attitude and a collaborative mindset.
· Strong time management skills and a demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
