You will select and improve the ASR and NLP models used in our clinical documentation workflows. Key Responsibilities:Develop and refine ASR and NLP models tailored for dictation, scribing and ambient scribing workflows.Analyze extensive speech and text datasets to enhance model accuracy and functionality.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate ASR and NLP technologies into our clinical documentation platform.Keep abreast of the latest developments in ASR and NLP, applying cutting-edge research to practical healthcare solutions.Evaluate model performance using relevant healthcare metrics and feedback from medical professionals.Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Data Science, or related field.Demonstrable experience in ASR and NLP, preferably in a healthcare context.Proficiency in Python and the associated machine learning libraries, such as Scikit-learn, NumPy, Pandas, and Matplotlib.Experience with machine learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop and Spark.Familiarity with cloud computing services like AWS, Azure and GCP.Experience with transformer-based large language models is a plus.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.Benefits:Competitive salary with incentive packages.Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, and vision plans.A collaborative and innovative work environment with a focus on personal and professional growth.Opportunities for remote work and flexible schedules.
