We are seeking a talented and experienced 3D Architectural Renderer proficient in Unreal Engine to join our dynamic team. As a 3D Architectural Renderer, you will play a crucial role in bringing architectural designs to life through stunning and realistic visualizations using Unreal Engine. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in architectural visualization, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating immersive and visually appealing environments.

Responsibilities:

Architectural Visualization:

• Collaborate with architects and designers to understand project requirements and design intent.
• Translate 2D architectural drawings and 3D models into visually stunning and realistic 3D environments using Unreal Engine.
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in recreating architectural elements and materials.

Unreal Engine Expertise:

• Demonstrate proficiency in Unreal Engine and its rendering capabilities.
• Utilize Unreal Engine tools, materials, lighting, and post-processing effects to achieve high-quality architectural renders.
• Optimize and troubleshoot scenes to maintain optimal performance.

Material and Lighting Design:

• Create and apply realistic materials and textures to architectural elements.
• Set up lighting scenarios that enhance the visual appeal of the rendered scenes.
• Experiment with various lighting techniques to achieve desired atmospheres.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with architects, project managers, and other team members to understand project goals and deadlines.
• Communicate effectively to incorporate feedback and make necessary adjustments to meet project requirements

Quality Assurance:

• Conduct thorough quality checks on renders to ensure they meet the highest standards of realism and accuracy.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques into the rendering process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Computer Graphics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in 3D architectural rendering, with a strong portfolio showcasing Unreal Engine projects.
• Proficiency in Unreal Engine, including experience with Blueprints, materials, lighting, and post-processing.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and the ability to translate them into 3D visualizations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
