Location: Noida 

Experience: SaaS or Advertising or Marketing technology / Agency sales or Media Sales

Qualification: Graduate from Tier1/Tier2 college.

Working Days: 5 days a week.

ET Medialabs is looking for an experienced business development professional with a strong

operational 'can do' attitude.You will focus on driving new customer acquisition within

the region and play a key role in joining a high performing business development team for our

SaaS product and Agency offerings.

Job Responsibilities:

-To achieve the designated quarterly business targets.

- As part of our business development team, you will locate and pitch to leading

Advertisers and Brand Marketers within the region.

- Identify, filter, call, email and present f2f ET Medialabs offerings to new prospects and

existing stakeholders.

- Working closely with Engineering, Delivery and Marketing teams to surface opportunities

and generate targeted pipelines.

- Foster and maintain client relationships with key accounts, coordinating with account

management teams for client handovers upon signature of a deal (and again upon

occasion for renewals, or upgrades)

- Design and deliver online media plans / growth strategies / presentations for clients.

- Preparing formats for Sales Collaterals like Proposals, Decks, Engagement Letters, etc.

- Negotiate the terms of agreement and close sales.

- Represent ET Medialabs at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.

-Help continue to build a strong team environment and set structure for future business.

Your Impact:

You will work closely with prospective customers as a trusted advisor to deeply understand their

unique company challenges and goals. You will consult with current customers to evangelise

solutions that will help them reach their business goals and blaze new trails within their

organisations. You will contribute to ET Medialabs business growth in a fast paced,

collaborative and fun atmosphere, as a valued member of our firm and will be working very closely with the founding team.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Graduate from Tier1/Tier2 college

2. Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Sales. Experience in 'SaaS/Digital Ads/Technology/ Digital Agency/Media' preferred.

3. Fluent in English and Hindi

4. Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills

Preferred Requirements:

1. Understand the changing nature of the online advertising industry and ecosystem as a

whole

2. Natural ability for consultative and solution-based selling

3. Proven ability to work well as part of an extended sales team

4. Experience selling at the C level – CEO and CMO is a plus

5. Track record of results-oriented work.

6. Experience in a startup or entrepreneurial venture would be a big plus.

7. Being relentless in pursuit of growth

8. Engineering or Maths Honors educational background
