Purpose of the job:

For APAC projects, as EDC ( Elelctrical Developement centre) Electrical Sub-System manager:
- You will be accountable for the QCDT achievements of electrical products (looms + cubicles) of the train/project in compliance with the Center of Excellence commitments.
- You will be the main interface with the Train Fitting & Lead Unit project team (PM, PrOM, SSM EFD)

Main responsibilities

APAC Projects (TEE based in APAC) EDC Sub-Sytem Management : During project phase, your main missions will be:
o Management : Ensure QCD targets for EDC are reached by ensuring coordination and follow-up with EDC stakeholders such as EDL, CDL, Performance Leader, Quality Manager, Planning Manager
o Planning : Realize End-to-End project schedule early in the project and update it in a regular basis. Highlight/Escalate when necessary deviations to the initial plan to his Manager
o Cost : Consolidate EDC budget on recurring and non-recurring cost (in accordance with CoE commitments during Tender phase or at the beginning of the project). Ensure monthly cost follow-up. Alert / mitigate / issue VO in case of deviation
o Quality : Consolidate EDC Project management plan. Ensure deep REX is performed on previous similar project to avoid recurrence of quality issue (internal NC, production RFC …). Ensure Elec DFQ is properly applied on project.
o Configuration Management : Propose organization to manage modifications in relation with Conf & Change Manager of Project
o Communication : Prepare Project Monthly Review with the support of HDL/CDL and Perf Leader.
