Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Jodhpur for an Administrative Assistant. The role includes tasks such as providing administrative assistance, answering phone calls with etiquette, and exhibiting good communication skills. The Administrative Assistant will also provide executive administrative assistance and utilize clerical skills.

Qualifications

• Administrative Assistance, Executive Administrative Assistance, and Clerical Skills
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Excellent time-management and organization skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
