Candidate primarily from Facility Management industry having experience of Key Account Management & P&L Management.

Head of the Facility Management

Job Purpose: The National Account Director is responsible for the overarching facilitation and performance of all our contracts with client and for interfacing with senior clients at country level for IFM Services.

Job Responsibility: Manage the contracts and ensure its performance and compliance Oversee that agreed operational processes are implemented and followed. Drive excellence in operational delivery Act as the single point of contact with counterparts in the client’s organization Actively lead clients, site meetings and governance reviews, and ensure the implementation of the decisions taken. Manage relationships and key interfaces with the client and the clients' key decision makers Interface with the Sodexo country management to ensure proper resource allocation, efficient roll out and performance. Lead and develop a competent team to provide consistent service delivery across a large portfolio of facilities management services including soft, hard & catering services in office Prepare annual budgets and targets and report results for the account in the country Contribute to the sustainable profit of the account Pioneer the use of best-practice account management to ensure achievement against all contractual business plans Contribute to a growth strategy which will successfully improve the performance of the contract. Contribute to specific global projects with the aim of streamlining and improving the account performance To set and map clients for annual budgets and achieve sales and profitability To meet sales and GOP target as per strategic account budget for the year To make and meet customer satisfaction Operationally for Strategic Account sites Establish and maintain relationships with all assigned accounts and direct the strategic account team to ensure clear understanding of the client’s way of doing business. Conduct formal business reviews with customers to update accounts on business, programs and initiatives. Conduct regular audit of the systems and procedures for smooth operations of the site Conduct review and ensure of Compliance of all sites under strategic accounts Collaborate with State Heads & Support Teams to leverage the synergies that may exist. Create an engaged, energized account team. Build strong executive relationships with accounts to foster contract renewals and increased penetration of other service lines Develop deep understanding of customer business needs, including how best to position solutions to expand operations in Strategic Account. Serve as single point contact both for clients as well as Strategic Accounts for all matters pertaining to the effective service of clients.
