Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Front Office Associate to join our team at 7 Apple Hotels & Resorts. As a Front Office Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling check-in and check-out procedures, responding to guest inquiries, and ensuring a smooth operation at the front desk. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hotel industry
- Excellent knowledge about check-in and check-out procedures
- Strong guest handling and communication skills
- Experience with hotel management software is a plus
- Must be a male candidate
- Passion for the hospitality industry and dedication to providing exceptional customer service
Roles and Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and offerings
- Maximize room occupancy and upsell hotel services
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-maintained
- Assist with administrative tasks such as reservation management and guest documentation
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Follow all established procedures and policies to maintain a safe and secure environment
