Job Description:
We are seeking a UX Designer with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal
candidate will have a strong background in user experience & visual design, a deep understanding of
the design process, and HCI/HFI or a degree from premier design institutes like NIFT or NID.
Key Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate proficiency in creating user-centred, visually stunning and cohesive designs
that enhance the overall user experience.
• Execute all phases of the design process, including research, ideation, wireframing,
prototyping, and user testing, to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Apply principles of HCI to ensure that designs meet the needs and preferences of end-users,
enhancing usability and accessibility.|
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather
requirements, share insights, and iterate on design solutions.
• Possess a strong command of design tools such as Figma and other industry-standard
software to create and present design deliverables effectively.
• Create interactive prototypes to validate design concepts and iterate on solutions based on
user feedback and usability testing.
• Conduct user research activities, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to
gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Prepare detailed design documentation, including wireframes, user flows, and design
specifications, to communicate design solutions to development teams.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, HFI, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in visual design, design process, and problem-solving
skills.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma(mandatory ), Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and
articulate design concepts to stakeholders.
• Experience working in agile development environments is a plus.
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies and design constraints across various
platforms (web, mobile, etc.).
