Job description

We have openings for Team Leader-International Voice process– US Healthcare for MNC Company Perungudi, Chennai, TamilNadu.

Experience: 3-5 yrs experience in International Voice process.

Role : Team Leader International Voice Process.

Skill set:
• Should have minimum 1 yr of experience in handling team as Team Leader.
• Should be able to manage clients' SLAs around productivity, quality, and turnaround time by reviewing daily reports, call barging, and note reviews.
• Need to take accountability to meet SLAs and provide daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Should be fast at learning the process and should be able to resolve complex scenarios and doubts.
• Interact with US clients on daily progress, escalations, and exceptional scenarios.
• Proactively look for process improvement opportunities and come up with short-term and medium-term solutions.

Working time: US shift (7 pm to 4 am). Sat and Sun fixed off.

Salary: Upto 60K Per month plus incentives.

Work Location: Perungudi, Chennai Tamil Nadu.
