Role Description Rashi Kapoor, located in Goregaon, is searching for a full-time Senior Accountant to join our team on-site. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing financial reporting, preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and managing account reconciliations. The Senior Accountant will also work closely with the finance team to provide financial guidance and support. Job Title: Senior Accountant Job Responsibilities: Monthly Financial Reporting: Prepare comprehensive monthly financial reports, including detailed breakdowns of expenditures, overheads, salaries, and other financial activities. Analyze and interpret financial data to provide valuable insights to the management team. Tally Expertise: Possess a solid understanding of Tally software, ranging from basic to advanced features. Proficient in handling Journal Vouchers (JVs) and ensuring accurate and timely data entry. Documentation Management: Implement a systematic approach to document management by meticulously filing and organizing all vouchers and financial records. Maintain an up-to-date and easily accessible filing system for quick retrieval of financial documents. Taxation Compliance: Stay abreast of all GST regulations and ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns. Collaborate with external tax consultants to address any taxation-related queries and maintain compliance with tax laws. Financial Analysis: Utilize financial data to provide insights and recommendations for cost-saving measures and process improvements. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, providing valuable input to support strategic decision-making. Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in finance-related roles. Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, Tally software, documentation, and taxation compliance.Job tags
