Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and imaginative UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our apps and solutions, contributing to the success and recognition of our innovative offerings by leading hotel brands.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals, user needs, and technical requirements.
- Create user-centered designs by considering customer feedback, usability findings, and business goals.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
- Design and optimize user flows, information architecture, and interactions for various platforms.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iteratively improve designs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3-4 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in a startup or tech-driven environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design skills, problem-solving abilities, and successful project outcomes.
- Skills:Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present and justify design decisions.
- Experience with mobile and web design, including responsive design principles.
- Familiarity with the hospitality industry or B2B solutions is a plus.
- Imagination: An unlimited imagination with a passion for pushing the boundaries of design creativity.
