Job description
➢ Key Responsibilities
• Interpreting data, analysing results using large volume of data to make optimal use of it for better
business decisions
• Learn and explore different BI tools for day-to-day usage
• Developing and implementing databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other
strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
• Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases/data systems
and analysing it for better understanding about how it performs
• Responsible for executing statistical methods to solving specific business problems
• Responsible for developing new data sources, testing model enhancements, and fine-tuning
model parameters to improve upon existing methodologies
• Responsible for the construction of customer-facing reporting tools to provide insights and
metrics which track forecast
• Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Support ad-hoc analysis and presenting results in clear manner
• Build AI tools that automate certain processes
• Monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements
• Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis
• Understanding or making conclusions from the data for decision making purposes.
• Improving statistical, mathematical, or machine learning models to forecast results, which might
include linear regression models and random forest utilization
• Presenting data in charts, graphs, tables, designing and developing relational databases for
collecting data, accumulate and render difficult information for audiences at stages of technical
knowledge that varies
• Manage multiple reporting requirements at one time, efficiently and professionally
• Responsible in creating various machine learning-based tools or processes such as
recommendation engines or automated lead scoring systems, etc. within an organization
• Capable of working in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment while sensitively managing
confidential information
• Should have understanding on KPIs, SLA and Quality etc.
Skills & Qualities:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Statistics
Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience
Should have understanding of popular machine learning algorithms and newly emerged statistical, visualization, extraction and algorithmic methods
Proven analytical, data manipulation skills are required
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Exposure to Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, CRM Analytics, Power BI) and R, Stata, Matlab, or Python
Very good knowledge on Reporting and presentation
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
