JobDescription:

Must-Have

1. Experience in Installation, Configuration, Migration, Builds & Deployments and ongoing technical support on products such as IBM WebSphere MQ and MB/IIB/ACEon various platforms like Aix, Linux, and Windows platforms
2. Experienced in setting MQ clustering Environment, Workload balancing, Cluster Overlapping
3. Experience in setting up HACMP setup in MQ environments.
4. Involved in applying fixpack and migration activities in WMQ.
5. Experienced in creating Broker, Execution group, deploying bar files, checking logs etc
6. Extensive experience on configuration and monitoring the MQ Listeners, channel initiators ,Trigger Monitors, MQ Log files and Dead Letter Queues
7. Created and configured MQ Objects like Queue Managers, Remote Queues, Local Queues and Alias Queues.
8. Good exposure on MQSeries triggering and distributed queuing.
9. Experienced in setting up MQ qu eue manager cluster environments.
10. Experience in design, development and mapping using Web Sphere Message Broker and Web Sphere MQ with different formats like XML, Fixed length.
11. Working knowledge of MQ and WMB/IIB commands
12. Configured and implemented Distributed Queuing on Client/Server architectures.
    
13. Worked on problem determination, troubleshooting, backup & recovery.
    
14. Worked on SSL, Clustering and Pub/Sub concepts.
15. Experience in Production Monitoring and troubleshooting the production issues
    

Good-toHave

1. Excellent written verbal and presentation skills.
2. Scripting knowledge such as Shell, python, Ansible, etc.
3. Well organized with ability to multi-task and work with minimum supervision with quick learning skills.
4. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
