Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Camp Coordinator located in DUBAI. The Camp Coordinator will be responsible for planning and organizing various activities as per the schedule, ensuring the safety of all camp attendees, supervising camp staff, and managing the budget. Additionally, the Camp Coordinator will be responsible for arranging transportation, accommodation and catering services for the camp attendees.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Camp organization, planning, and execution
• Supervisory Skills: Can effectively manage the camp staff and be responsible for their development to ensure their highest potential
• Excellent Communication skills: Can communicate efficiently and provide clear instructions to the camp attendees and staff in a courteous manner
• Experience in an Educational setting or working with children
• A background in working with organizations that belong to non-profit, youth, education, or similar sectors
