Position: Career Counsellor

Remuneration: CTC Rs 4.2 lakh per annum. Also, up to a 50% hike after 6 months of consistent performance.

Workplace: You can work in schools in your preferred city/district.

Job description: Do career assessments, provide counselling, compile information, and prepare content for academic/competitive exams.

Eligibility & prerequisites: Graduate/Master's degree and certification as a career professional (CCP).

Selection: Based on an online skills test, HR interaction, written & verbal communication test.

Margdarshak is functioning under the aegis of the Career-linked Education Council, established under statutory provisions of the Govt of India to provide career education & guidance at the national level.
