Role Overview:
As the Co-founder - Chef, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the culinary direction of our kitchen. You will have the opportunity to lead menu development, recipe creation, and kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to food safety standards.
- Source high-quality ingredients and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain consistency and excellence in food preparation.
- Stay updated on food trends and customer preferences to continuously improve our offerings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a chef in a commercial kitchen environment.
