We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Developer 1 (SD1) with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team based in Bangalore. As an SD1, you will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of our innovative platform. This position offers the opportunity to work in a small team environment with complete ownership of specific product features.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Developer 2 (SD2) with a minimum of 4 years of experience to join our dynamic team based in Bangalore. As an SD2, you will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of our innovative platform. This position offers the opportunity to work in a small team environment with complete ownership of specific product features.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Software Development:

• Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions
• Take ownership of assigned modules or features within the platform

2) Requirements Analysis:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications

3) Problem Resolution:

• Debug and resolve software defects and issues in a timely and efficient manner

4) Architecture and Design:

• Contribute to the overall architecture and design of the platform

5) Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into the development process

6) Code Quality Assurance:

• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards

7) Technical Support:

• Provide technical support and guidance to other team members when needed

Project Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in software development
• Proficient in Node JS and Express JS
• Strong database knowledge with experience in Postgres or MySQL
• Familiarity with containerization using Docker

Nice to have:

• Experience with Redis, AWS, and CI-CD DevOps practices

Requirements:

• Willingness to work in a hybrid model with expectations of being in the office in HRBR, Kalyan Nagar
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small, agile team
