Job Description

You as the Deputy Chief Engineer will be responsible for assisting the Director of Engineering with the efficient running of the Engineering operations and maintenance in line with The Leela Ambience Gurugram Hotel and Residences - Strategies and Brand standards. You also have to ensure meeting employee and guest expectations with the knowledge of ROI projects, Budgeting, Energy conservation, Environment health and safety, (F&LS). As the Deputy Chief Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting the Director of Engineering in managing the day-to-day operation of the Engineering department at the hotel.

Responsible for Key tasks such as: Communicating the goals of the company to all engineers and professionals in the team. Supervising every phase of the project from start to completion. Calculating costs, material, labor, and time required for each project. Approving designs and budgets. Delegating tasks to engineering teams. Supervising staff training as well as equipment installation. Performing quality control checks on all systems and products.

QUALIFICATIONS · BTech. / Diploma in Electrical

EXPERIENCE 8-10 years' experience as Deputy Chief Engineer/Engineering manager of a 5-star luxury hotel.
