Job description

1. **Job Title:**
Sales Manager – Channel Partner (CP) Onboarding

2. **Job Summary:**
An SM is expected to manage a sales team of 10 Sales Executives
3. **Responsibilities:**
• Achieving the Sales Targets assigned to him/her & Team
• Establishing sales targets and objectives in alignment with the overall business goals to his/her team
• Recruiting, training, and managing a sales team
• Sales planning, developing tactics to penetrate CP market and expand the CP base
• Monitoring and analysing sales performance metrics.
• Generating regular reports for management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
• Staying informed about the company's product platform and Real estate trends.
• Ensuring that the sales team complies with company policies and procedures.
• Conducting sales presentations to CPs whenever required.
• Building and maintaining professional networks within the industry.

4. **Skills Required:**
Team Building & Management, Preparing Management Information Reports

5. **Education:**
Minimum Graduation, MBA Preferred

6. **Experience:**
Minimum 3 years Sales / Business Development Experience

7. **Salary and Benefits:**
Upto 40k. Best in the Industry and Commensurate with Education & Experience

8. **Reporting Structure:**
The SM will be reporting to the Business Head
