Position: Accounts-Transaction Banking Experience: 4 to 9 Years Location: Navi MUmbai(Rabale) Qualification: Inter CA dropout
Job Responsibilities Operational Work Conduct client follow-ups for receipts and provide monthly estimations for receivable. Maintain and consolidate resources data. Coordinate with the Legal team for a new Master Service Agreement (MSA) and provide necessary data. Ensure the thorough and accurate completion of Client audits. Coordinate and Service Order Work (SOW) renewal requests post-account lead confirmation. Prepare SOW and other necessary documentation. Maintain and update the list of Singapore resources for the billing department at month-end. Prepare Purchase Order (Po) proposals in PowerPoint and share with clients. Complete Request for Proposal (RFP) documents. Follow up on renewals and provide support as requested by the lead. Address client queries regarding finance matters. Accounting Work Prepare and present monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports. Prepare monthly receivable statements. Possess a basic understanding of GST and other taxation principles. Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally and SAP. Understanding of Indian accounting standards. Skill in preparing comprehensive financial statements.Job tags
