Other Responsibilities
Comply with all requirements of the contract and meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Drive a service excellence culture within the delivery and operational management teams.
Manage entire Operations
Create an environment within the team that drives continuous improvement and innovation.
Ensure the processes and procedures within the account by the client or Embassy owned are monitored and updated as per the Service Agreement
Ensure the integrity of the data within the various systems being used to manage the account, including MI and maintenance of system drawings. Escalate any issues as appropriate.
Ensure all contractual and ad-hoc reports are delivered on time to the client
Ensure participation in any planned or unplanned building evacuation and ensure the BCP is up to date and enacted. Act as the Fire Safety Manager as required
Ensure all safety procedures, including Crisis Management and Emergency Procedures are always maintained
Build the team regionally, city wise, guide and nurture the team.
Review all various Repair & maintenance works across all building
Review the utility readings and daily reports
Prepare Capex and Opex Budgets. Update Budget Tracker Planned vs Actual
Work on major Repair works to study and work on comparative quotes.
Vendor management- Onboarding new Vendors for better service and cost effectiveness.
Timely Weekly Reports submission, MMR and KPI submission in time
Timely Submission of all costing sheet and invoices
Qualifications And Work Experience
An engineering graduate with 8+ years of facility management experience with multiple clients and locations.
Expert in integrated facility management operations, customer management skills and interpersonal skills.
Skills
Mature individual with expertise in handling demanding situations
Good knowledge of operations and hands-on experience
Experienced in managing teams
Sound knowledge of all Building Engineering Operations
