Job Description:Learning and Talent Development Manager
Join us as a Learning and Talent Development Manager, spearheading transformation within our evolving Learning and Talent Development organization in India. The senior manager will be leading a team of senior Learning Consultants, Instructional Designers, and the L&TD Administration team. This role will report to the Director & Head, Learning and Talent Development, India.
Location: Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire a dynamic team in aligning talent development with organizational evolution.
Design and implement flexible talent development strategies, adapting to the changing needs of the organization.
Lead and drive the talent development program calendar and events.
Drive the creation of cutting-edge learning materials through collaborative instructional design.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continually enhance the effectiveness of our talent development programs.
Oversee the instructional design process, ensuring the creation of engaging and effective learning materials.
Provide constructive feedback and support professional growth opportunities for team members.
Engage in stakeholders/vendors management when required to support the talent development staff.
Foster a culture of adaptability, diversity, and inclusivity within the team.
Implement agile performance management processes to fuel continuous improvement.
Regularly report on the team's achievements and contribute insights for future improvements.
Establish and leverage metrics to measure and enhance the impact of talent development initiatives.
Qualifications:
Proven leadership in dynamic, changing environments.
Strong background in instructional design and adult learning principles.
Strong presentation skills.
Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
Familiarity with industry trends and emerging technologies in learning and development.
Strong communication skills and commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
10+ years of experience designing and implementing employee development programs.
Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) credential preferred.
