Job description
1) Manufacturing process knowledge and Product audit. ( Forging Process)
2) FRTB review.( Fast response tracking Board for internal and external Issues)
3) 4M change management.( Monitoring & control)
4) Poka yoke verification as per Plan.
5) Rejection & / rework Analysis with action plan for the same.
6) To carry out process capability with knowledge of MSA & SPC.
7) Process and Product audit as per plan
