Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team to achieve company targets, developing and maintaining client relationships, creating sales strategies, and reporting on sales performance. The role is located in Pune.

Salary

15000-25000 fix + Performance based incentive

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate sales and/or management
• Strong leadership skills and ability to lead the sales team to achieve targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to develop and maintain client relationships
• Experience in creating and implementing successful sales strategies
• Ability to analyze sales data and report on sales performance
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
