Job description

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Product and Investment Knowledge: Become proficient in Client Real Estate's global funds and investments
• Portfolio Insights: Source, summarize, and disseminate real-time information across the global portfolio; work in partnership with regional Portfolio Management counterparts in Europe and Asia as well as the Portfolio Management and Asset Management teams in the U.S.
• Internal Reporting: Support senior leadership preparation for internal meetings, ad-hoc requests and strategy support
• Special Projects: Participation in and execution of global special projects relating to portfolio information and strategy / positioning of the Real Estate business

Essential Skills & Experience:
• Master's degree – Major in Finance from a reputed university
• Understanding of Real Estate / Private Equity business
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, fluid environment
• Previous experience of 2-3 years in Fund/Performance/Portfolio reporting is a must
• Knowledge of advanced excel and other MS office applications is also a must
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment handling multiple deadlines
• Acute focus on attention to detail, accuracy, and data validation
• Effective communication skills (listening, verbal, and written)
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Sound judgment and discretion
• Ability to contribute towards a good and healthy work environment
