Job Overview We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Business-to-Business (B2B) Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our business partners, clients, and government entities. You will play a key role in negotiating and managing commercial contracts, ensuring timely payment of accounts receivable, and driving overall business growth.
Qualifications And Skills - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 7-10 years of experience in B2B sales or business development role
- Strong knowledge of commercial contracts and government contracting processes
- Proven track record in contract negotiation and deal closure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Experience in the IVD/medical devices industry is a plus
Roles And Responsibilities - Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, clients, and government entities
- Negotiate and manage commercial contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
- Monitor and track order payments, ensuring timely payment and resolving any payment disputes
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of customer projects
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns or issues in a timely manner
