Job description

This is a fulltime onsite role for an IT Executive with expertise in Zoho. The IT Executive will be responsible for troubleshooting providing technical support network administration information technology and IT operations.

Qualifications

• Troubleshooting and Technical support skills
• Network Administration and Information Technology skills
• IT Operations skills
• Experience with Zoho is required
• Experience with CRM and other cloudbased business applications is preferred
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
• Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
• Experience in managing IT infrastructure
